The Role

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Team Leader to join our children’s residential home in Lichfield. This Team Leader position is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Support Worker ready to step up, or an existing Team Leader seeking a fresh challenge within a supportive and ambitious service.

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead shifts, support and develop staff, and ensure outstanding care for children and young people in a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment. The Team Leader will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, safeguarding and team performance.

About You

* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential)

* Experience with in a children’s residential setting

* Previous senior or supervisory experience desirable, ideally at Team Leader level

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Passionate, resilient and child-focused

* Sound safeguarding knowledge
