Are you an adaptable and enthusiastic multi-trade operative looking for a role where your skills genuinely make a difference?

We’re looking for passionate Multi Skilled Engineers who take pride in their craft, enjoy variety in their work, and want to be part of a team focused on improving homes and communities.

This is a field-based role within our Empty Homes (Voids) team, where you’ll play a key part in bringing properties back into use and ensuring they meet the highest standards for our customers.

We are currently expanding our Empty Homes team as part of a wider growth programme across Bromford Flagship Live West (BFL), creating exciting opportunities for engineers who want stability, development, and the chance to be part of a growing service.

About the role

You’ll carry out a range of multi-skilled repairs and refurbishment works within void properties, including carpentry, plumbing, and plastering tasks.

Working across your local patch, you’ll help ensure homes are safe, high-quality, and ready for new customers to move into.

This is a mobile role, so you’ll be working independently across your designated area, supported by a strong, collaborative team.

What you’ll need
  • Experience in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently across a field-based patch
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to travel across your local area

  • Salary: £35,824.25 per year, with annual salary review
