Our Truck Force service network is made up of Goodyear equity-owned hubs and independent service providers specialising in the lifecycle management of truck tyres.
Goodyear tyres are the product of over 100 years of innovation and state-of-the-art technology, offering very high levels of performance and safety and is a brand that is looking for several tyre fitters to support them all the way through their career.
- Support the safe and efficient operation of commercial vehicles.
- Deliver reliable, high-quality service that keeps customers moving.
- Represent the business through professional and customer-focused service.
- Contribute to maintaining strong safety and operational standards.
- Carry out tyre fitting and maintenance for commercial vehicles.
- Attend customer sites and roadside breakdowns as required.
- Deliver services in line with company standards and service agreements.
- Complete job documentation accurately using digital tools.
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment to a high standard.
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
- Manage and prioritise workload effectively.
- Recognised qualification in tyre fitting (Bus, Truck & Coach or Roadside Breakdown).
- Proven experience as a commercial tyre fitter.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Confident using digital devices such as tablets or computers.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Safety-focused, reliable, and motivated.
- Full-time, permanent role with opportunities across the UK.
- Overtime, Callouts and Weekend work may be required.
- Competitive salary plus overtime, callouts, and bonus potential (£35,000 - £45,000 OTE).
