Responsibilities include:
- Supervise, train, evaluate and interview the Account Clerk
- Prepare, maintain, and file agency tax forms, temporary disability insurance (TDI) reports, and monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Reconcile monthly financial statements
- Prepare and verify payroll for processing
- Verify requisitions
- Greet and assist clients, staff and vendors
- Attend training classes, workshops and meetings
- Perform other duties as required
Education/
Experience:
AA degree and one year of related experience, or any comparable combination of education and experience which would proved knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential duties of this position. Degrees relating to accounting preferred.
