Avis, Budget, and Zipcar. The Fleet Clerk plays a crucial role in maintaining and organizing vehicle records, coordinating maintenance schedules, and ensuring the seamless availability and readiness of our diverse fleet of rental vehicles. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Monitor and update vehicle information and statuses in the fleet management database.
• Coordinate with service providers to schedule maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
• Perform periodic inventory checks to verify fleet composition and condition.
• Assist in the resolution of vehicle-related issues in collaboration with customer service and operational teams.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on fleet usage, maintenance schedules, and costs.
• Support operational staff with data and reports to enhance decision-making and fleet utilization.
