The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and restoration, with experience in a dealership or professional paint environment preferred. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills to ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

• Perform auto body repairs including prep, painting, and finish.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and airless paint spraying equipment for repairs and refinishing.
• Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as detailing, buffing, and other duties as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repair jobs while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with staff regarding repair processes and timelines.

• Previous experience as an auto body technician, preferably in a dealership or other professional setting.
• Familiarity with auto body repair processes including painting, detailing, and restoration.
• Ability to lift heavy objects as required during the repair process.
• Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in auto body work.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Experience in auto estimating is a plus.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
