As a Laborer, you'll play a critical role supporting construction crews and helping projects stay productive, safe, and on schedule.

• Assist crews with site preparation, material handling, and general construction activities.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support construction activities including framing, carpentry, concrete work, demolition, installation, and other project tasks.
• Assist with layout, measuring, positioning, and installation activities as directed.
• Perform basic carpentry, demolition, repair, and construction support tasks.

• Clean and prepare work areas by removing debris, waste, and potential hazards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Help crews maintain production schedules and project timelines.

• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, damaged equipment, or material shortages promptly.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, skilled tradespeople, and fellow crew members.
• Perform additional labor and construction-related duties as assigned.

• Previous construction, labor, or related field experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of construction methods, tools, and jobsite safety.
• Ability to safely operate common hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to reliability and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and jobsite conditions.
• Ability to safely navigate active construction environments.
