Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment and is ready for a long-term career with a company that truly values its people.

• Be the first point of contact for customers—answering inbound calls, responding to emails and texts, and providing top-notch service.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with customers on leads and service needs.
• Support field technicians with routing, scheduling changes, and daily logistics.
• Assist with billing inquiries, account maintenance, and collections support.
• Maintain accurate customer records using Field Routes software.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

• A team player with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional phone presence.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic office setting.
• Willingness to learn our systems and processes (Field Routes experience is a plus).
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
• Do you have a current valid US driver's license and a clean driving record?
• Are you able to pass a background check and a drug test?
