• Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
• Operates a multi‑line telephone system to answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate department or personnel, process guest requests for wake‑up calls, provide customer service regarding phone directions and inquiries, receive and distribute messages for hotel guests and personnel, prep guest amenity list, key inventory, radio checks, and sort internal mail.
• Coordinates all emergency communications with appropriate hotel personnel via telephone, radios, and email.
• Operates parking gates to assist hotel guests and patrons enter/exit the hotel property and parking structure.
• Assists with administrative tasks as needed.
• Works under pressure, multi‑tasks, and maintains excellent customer service skills.
• Communicates effectively.
• Is available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Base pay starts at ($27.91)
