Aviation Front Desk Customer Service Representative – Full Time – Lihue, HI

The Front Desk Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for clientele arriving at the facility and interacts with corporate flight departments and high‑profile clients. The role involves providing services for corporate aircraft, cargo and passenger charters, and general aviation aircraft. Availability is required for any/all shifts, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and on‑call duty. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour.

The position may require occasional travel or assignment to another Atlantic location based on business needs.

• Provide professional service and assistance to customers.
• Make hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft.
• Process customer purchases and fuel transactions.
• Work closely with line service personnel and pilots to ensure all customer service needs are met.
• Occasional travel may be required to support another Atlantic location.
• May be occasionally assigned to another Atlantic location based on geographical proximity as business needs require.

• Customer service/hospitality experience.
• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Age 18 years or older.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Ability to comprehend and perform basic math calculations.
