Job Overview

As an Office Assistant at Menehune Water Company, you will be at the forefront of our customer service efforts, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. You will play a key role in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information to our valued customers.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement:
    Build and maintain positive relationships with our customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Order Processing:
    Efficiently process customer orders, schedule deliveries, and coordinate delivery routes to ensure timely service.
  • Problem Resolution:
    Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge:
    Develop a strong understanding of our product offerings and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Billing and Invoicing:
    Assist with billing inquiries, payment processing, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Record Keeping:
    Maintain accurate and organized customer records and documentation.

    Collaboration:

    Collaborate with colleagues in various departments to ensure seamless operations and a unified customer service approach.
  • Quality Assurance:

Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
