Client Support:
Assist customers with insurance inquiries, billing questions, and policy changes.
Claims Assistance:
Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Policy Maintenance:
Update client information, process renewals, and provide coverage details.
Customer Advocacy:
Advocate for clients' needs within the agency to ensure prompt and accurate service.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for regulatory compliance.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes and contribute to team efficiency.
Licensing:
Possession of or willingness to obtain a Hawaii Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Customer Service
Experience:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling policy information and client interactions.
