Customer Return Representative - PT

• Assist customers as they return their rental vehicles.
• Greet customers, secure keys, record mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition.
• Check cars into our computer system and ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service throughout the process.

• Bi-weekly hourly wage (New York and Puerto Rico: weekly wage).

• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Enjoyment of working with customers and providing great service.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot, enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods, and drive a variety of vehicles.
• Minimum 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Regular on‑site presence required; remote work is not possible.
• Six months of retail or customer service experience is a bonus.
