Assist passengers with wheelchair needs and provide friendly service during arrival and check-in;
Manage wheelchair support using a computerized system and coordinate boarding, baggage service, reservations, and issue resolution;
Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine processes;
Assist Ramp Service Agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivered to passengers on arrival;
Operate equipment including the jetway, computer keyboards, and carrier-specific reservation/ticketing software;
Oversee all customer service issues related to wheelchair-bound customers
