Customer Service Specialist

Sherwin-Williams seeks a Full-time Customer Service Specialist to support manufacturing and commercial customers. In this role, you'll manage inbound calls and emails, process orders, track shipments, and resolve product and delivery issues. You'll collaborate with sales, operations and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate, timely service. Using our systems and tools, you'll maintain detailed customer records and recommend solutions that align with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Process and track customer orders accurately and on time
• Resolve product, delivery, and billing issues professionally
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and manufacturing teams
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM and related systems
• Provide product and service information to manufacturing and commercial customers
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers
• Follow safety, quality, and company policies in all customer interactions
• Identify opportunities to improve service and customer satisfaction
• Support special projects and process improvements as needed
