Ticketing Agent

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking Ticketing Agents to support major airlines in a fast-paced airport environment. In this front-line role, you'll assist passengers with check-in, seat assignments, itinerary changes, ticketing, and baggage while ensuring accuracy and on-time departures. You will operate airline reservation systems, verify travel documents, handle payments, and resolve customer issues with professionalism and a safety-first mindset. Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in, ticketing, seat assignments, and itinerary changes
• Operate airline reservation and departure control systems accurately
• Verify passenger identification and travel documents to meet security requirements
• Process payments, issue tickets, and handle refunds or fee collections
• Check, tag, and track baggage according to airline policies
• Provide courteous, professional customer service and resolve passenger issues
• Coordinate with gate, ramp, and operations teams to support on-time departures
• Follow all safety, security, and regulatory procedures
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for passenger transactions
• Participate in ongoing training and adhere to Unifi performance standards
