Passenger Service Agent

Unifi Aviation, LLC seeks a Passenger Service Agent to assist airline travelers with check-in, boarding, baggage, and gate services in a fast-paced airport environment. You'll provide friendly, accurate customer service, verify IDs and travel documents, handle boarding passes and reservations, make announcements, and coordinate with ramp and operations teams to support on-time departures. This role requires working indoors and outdoors, irregular hours, and strict adherence to safety and security procedures while contributing to a team-focused, safety-first culture with advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and gate services
• Verify passenger identification and travel documents
• Issue boarding passes, check baggage, and handle reservations changes
• Provide clear announcements and directions at the gate and lobby areas
• Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex concerns as needed
• Coordinate with ramp and operations teams to support on-time departures
• Handle baggage claims, gate-check items, and mobility assistance
• Follow all TSA, airport, and company safety and security procedures
• Operate computer systems, kiosks, and handheld devices for passenger processing
• Work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
