Gate Agent

Unifi Aviation, LLC seeks Gate Agents to provide friendly, efficient service to airline passengers in a fast-paced airport environment. Responsibilities include checking in customers, verifying IDs and travel documents, managing boarding and deplaning, issuing seat assignments, handling gate-checked baggage, and resolving basic travel issues. You'll coordinate closely with ramp and operations teams to support on-time departures while following strict safety, security, and airline policies.

Responsibilities

• Check in passengers, verify identification, and process boarding passes
• Manage boarding, seating issues, and gate-checked baggage at the gate
• Make clear announcements regarding boarding, delays, and gate changes
• Assist passengers with special needs, families, and irregular operations
• Follow TSA, airport, and airline safety and security procedures
• Coordinate with ramp and operations teams for on-time departures
• Handle basic ticket changes, reprints, and simple irregularities
• Maintain a professional, calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Document incidents and follow company policies and procedures
