Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking Airport Customer Service team members to support major airlines with check-in, boarding, baggage, and passenger assistance. In this role, you'll greet and assist travelers, process tickets and bags, resolve issues, and ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times. Working in a fast-paced, safety-first environment, you'll coordinate closely with ramp and gate teams to keep flights on time while delivering friendly, reliable service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist passengers at ticket counters, gates, and kiosks with check-in, seat assignments, and itinerary changes.
  • Process baggage, including tagging, fee collection, and coordinating special items such as oversized or fragile luggage.
  • Verify passenger identification and travel documents in accordance with airline and TSA requirements.
  • Provide boarding support, including announcements, zone management, scanning boarding passes, and closing flights on time.
  • Assist passengers with special needs, including wheelchair assistance, unaccompanied minors, and language or mobility support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and de-escalate challenging situations professionally.
  • Communicate with ramp, cabin, and operations teams to support on-time departures and safe turnaround of aircraft.
  • Monitor and follow all airport and airline safety, security, and operational procedures at gates and lobby areas.
  • Operate computer-based reservation, ticketing, and departure control systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, safety standards, and customer service practices.
