Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Hawaii Island Dental – Lihue, Kauai

Full-Time | $55–$60 per hour | Relocation Assistance Available

Hawaii Island Dental is seeking a compassionate, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our patient-centered team in beautiful Lihue, Kauai

Schedule
  • Monday – Thursday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Enjoy a three-day weekend every week!
Compensation & Perks
  • $55–$60 per hour

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal dental hygiene care
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and periodontal charting
  • Take digital radiographs
  • Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
  • Collaborate with the doctor to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Accurately document patient treatment and clinical findings
  • Build lasting relationships through compassionate, personalized care
Qualifications
  • Active Hawaii Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License
  • Hawaii Local Anesthesia Certification (required)
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality care
  • Laser certification is a plus, but not required
