Salary: $4,961 to $6,043 per month (SR‑20, Step D to I).

Duties SummaryProgram Budget Analysts perform and/or supervise the preparation, analysis and presentation of intermediate and long‑range plans and budgets in the various program areas of the State's program structure. The Program Budget Analyst III performs moderately difficult work in the analysis and evaluation of programs in relation to budget preparation and analysis; and performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications- Legal authorization to work: citizens, nationals, or permanent resident aliens of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- One and one‑half (1‑1/2) years of progressively responsible professional experience with primary emphasis on technical analytical work in the evaluation of operating programs.
- Specialized experience in at least two of the three areas of concentration (Program Analysis and Evaluation, Program Planning, Program Budgeting). Minimum six months creditable in each concentration; experiences may be concurrent. Substitutions are allowed as described in the minimum qualification requirements.
- Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) clearance may be required for unescorted access to secured areas at the harbor. Applicants must be able to undergo a fingerprint‑based criminal history record check. The cost for the check is the applicant’s responsibility; upon hire the cost will be reimbursed if the receipt is submitted.
