We are looking for a passionate Spa Coordinator who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. This position reports to our Spa Management Team.

Welcome and orient guests to the Spa, book spa services and recreational reservations, check guests in and out of the Spa. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures.

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Three months to one year of employment in a related position with Four Seasons or other organization (such as reservations, concierge, customer service).
• Ability to multitask tasks such as answering telephone calls, appointment booking, sales, and computer work.
• Working knowledge of computer programs (e.g., Microsoft 365 Suite)
• Be able to speak, write and speak English fluently
• Maui Liquor Card

• Part Time
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
