As a Public Area Attendant you'll be a part of a team that shapes the guest experience at Hale Hōkūala Kauaʻ i, a new oceanfront destination overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Haʻ upu Mountain. Located near Kalapaki Beach, Nawiliwili Harbor, and The Ocean Course at Hō kū ala, this 210-room resort offers a unique opportunity to help launch a hotel that celebrates the spirit, culture, and natural beauty of Kauaʻ i.

- Minimum one year of housekeeping or janitorial experience
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Hotel experience is highly preferred
- Schedule flexibility Classification:
Full-Time Shift Pattern:
Full flexibility (shell schedule is 7am to 11pm) Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

- Keep public areas spotless:
Maintain cleanliness of designated areas—including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces—by performing daily cleaning tasks such as dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, shampooing carpets, washing windows, and emptying trash
- Delight our guests:
Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and resolve service requests promptly
- Support housekeeping operations:
Assist in guest room cleaning and fulfill service requests when needed
- Handle special projects:
