Located near Kalapaki Beach, Nawiliwili Harbor, and The Ocean Course at Hō kū ala, this 210-room resort offers a unique opportunity to help launch a hotel that celebrates the spirit, culture, and natural beauty of Kauaʻ i.

- Minimum one year of hotel housekeeping supervisory experience
- Schedule flexibility
- Training experience and luxury experience are highly preferred Classification:
Full-Time Shift Pattern:
Full flexibility (start time ranges from 10 am to 12pm) Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

- Supervise the housekeeping team:
Lead, train, oversee, and evaluate Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas
- Oversee room readiness:
Assign, inspect, and verify room status, promptly reporting any discrepancies
- Oversee operational logistics:
Monitor work schedules, payroll reports, stock room and cart inventory, and the lost and found program
- Coordinate maintenance needs:
Partner with Engineering and Property Operations to address repair and maintenance issues
- Support housekeeping operations:
Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels
