Sonesta Hotels International Corporation is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Hawaii to represent the Sonesta guest experience from check-in to checkout. You will greet guests, register arrivals, manage front desk operations, and assist with inquiries to ensure a WOW experience for guests.
The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to balance multitasking in a fast-paced hotel environment. Prior front desk exposure and familiarity with Opera PMS are a plus.
