IT Project Manager

We’re seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead complex healthcare technology initiatives—from Oracle Health implementations to cloud and infrastructure transitions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, keeps teams aligned, and delivers results on time and on budget.

Must-Haves

• Proven experience managing healthcare IT projects (EHR, infrastructure, integrations)
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management in clinical and operational settings
• Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and risk management skills
• Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)

Nice-to-Haves

• PMP certification (or equivalent)
• Experience with Oracle Health / Cerner system transitions
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH, CMS requirements)
• Based in Hawaii or able to align with local time zone and stakeholders
