Role Overview

The Membership Manager at The Club at Kukui'ula is a relationship-driven leader responsible for cultivating a highly engaged, connected, and informed membership community. Rooted in the spirit of aloha and the Club’s unique sense of place, this role serves as a key ambassador—building meaningful relationships with members and their families, supporting golf and lifestyle programming, overseeing new member onboarding, and ensuring clear and consistent communication across daily, weekly, monthly, and annual touchpoints.

This position maintains a strong on-property presence, actively participates in signature events and social gatherings, and collaborates closely with Golf, Club Services, Food & Beverage, Spa & Wellness, Marketing, and Community teams to deliver an exceptional, personalized, and elevated member experience that reflects Kukui'ula’s culture and values.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• 3–5+ years of experience in private clubs, luxury hospitality, or relationship-driven environments
• Strong knowledge of private club culture and golf operations
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience with membership management systems
• Proficiency in digital communication platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Ability to maintain a strong, visible on-property presence
• Availability to attend evening and weekend Club events as needed
• Ability to build trust and rapport with members and families
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments
• Strong calendar management and long-range planning skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Ability to support membership marketing and storytelling initiatives
• Ability to track engagement metrics and membership data

$80,000 USD - $90,000 USD per year
