NW Service Enterprises, Inc. (NWS) Professional Assembly is seeking part‑time candidates for the Bicycle Assembly Technician position. The role is on‑site at local retail stores such as Walmart and Kroger, assembling bicycles, toys, barbecues, furniture, and other merchandise.

Available work is seasonal, with peaks in spring, summer, and the holidays. Candidates are expected to work 1–2 days per week between Monday and Friday.

If you have experience with assembling a bike, barbecue, or playset and enjoy physical work and staying active, this position may be for you.

Those who thrive in this role enjoy hands‑on mechanical work, stay physically active all day, and work independently. Productivity is rewarded with piece‑rate pay, normally ranging from $17 to $25 per hour, with experienced technicians earning upwards of $30 per hour. No candidate will earn below the local minimum wage.

Considerations when applying: if prolonged standing, continuous physical activity, repetitive hand and arm motions, or maintaining a steady pace are strenuous for you, this role may not be suitable.

• Assemble and repair products and merchandise using manufacturer instructions while adhering to retailer rules and guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Check in with retailer management to confirm the build list and inventory.
• Generate and complete invoices daily.
• Report and communicate effectively with your Area Manager.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and leave clients with a clean build area.

• Day‑shift/early‑morning availability.
• Self‑motivated: able to work hard with minimal supervision.
• Mechanical aptitude: handy with tools.
• Has basic hand tools, a cordless screw gun or impact driver.
• Has a smartphone and e‑mail address.
• Internet access via a smartphone or mobile device.
• Ability to pass a background test.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Reliable transportation.
• Capable of working on your feet for extended periods.
• Must be able to kneel, bend, twist, and lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• Experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
