Pay Range: 16.00 - 18.88 per hour. This posting reflects an existing vacancy; pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered as part of a first-class total rewards package.

Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will bring an authentic, fun and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

• Drive sales and build relationships: hit sales targets and exceed expectations by connecting with customers and helping them find products that meet their needs.
• Become a vision expert: offer tailored advice and eyewear solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle and preferences.
• Learn and grow: participate in hands-on training and collaborate with experienced professionals to provide top-tier service.
• Collaborate and contribute: work closely with your team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment where everyone contributes to success.
• Create a welcoming store atmosphere: keep the store clean, organized and visually appealing for a seamless shopping experience.
• Foster inclusion and respect: cultivate an inclusive and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.

• Passion for customer service:
  Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is key.
• Sales savvy:
  Thrive in a dynamic environment with strong communication to engage customers and drive sales.
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented:
  Comfortable using technology to enhance the customer experience and maintain accuracy in transactions.
• Fashion forward:
  Interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find their perfect look.
• Self-motivated and adaptable:
  Stay driven in fast-paced environments and continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow.
