Store Customer Service Specialist

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Part-time Store Customer Service Specialist to support customers in our retail paint and coatings store. You'll greet and assist shoppers, recommend products, mix and tint paint, and process transactions accurately. This role also helps stock shelves, maintain a clean, safe store, and support small contractor and manufacturing customers. You'll receive product and safety training, gain insight into a global leader in coatings, and build skills that can lead to growth in sales, operations or other long-term career paths at Sherwin-Williams.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
• Assist customers with product selection, color matching, and basic application questions
• Operate the point-of-sale system to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Mix and tint paint products to customer specifications
• Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and help with receiving shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Follow safety procedures for handling and storing paints and related materials
• Support small contractor, industrial, and manufacturing customers with order pickup
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and service standards
• Participate in training on products, safety, and store operations
