Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within an urgent care location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior spaces, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized access and disruptive activity.;
Monitor access points and public areas, observe for unusual conditions, and notify appropriate personnel when assistance is needed.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical emergencies, disturbances, and/or suspicious activity, and request additional support as required.;
Complete security-related reports, document incidents and observations, and communicate shift activity to the next officer and/or site leadership.
