Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support activities, and when appropriate, emergency response actions in a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, waiting areas, and common spaces to support orderly operations, observe visitor activity, and document security-related concerns;
Assist with security-related reporting, incident documentation, and follow-up communication regarding policy concerns, suspicious behavior, or requests for assistance
