Allied Universal is hiring an District Contract Security Manager. As a District Contract Security Manager, you are the driving force behind daily security operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of the people and places you protect. RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage scheduling:
Leverage AI-powered technology to effectively schedule security officers, meeting client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime

* Lead and Develop Security Teams:
Hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations

* Handle Security Incidents and Emergencies:
Respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams

* Direct Compliance and Security Operational Excellence:
Oversee training, safety, and site operational standards as well as managing inventory (uniforms, equipment, and other essential supplies)

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
Please note, this position requirements are non-nagotable and a must have.

* Meet all requirements for CSS, including being commissioned as a Law Enforcement Officer (LEO), unless otherwise approved by the State Contract Administrator.

* Have at least three (3) years of supervisory experience at the middle-management level, no lower than Lieutenant, in a certified law enforcement organization, unless otherwise approved by the State Contract Administrator.

* Possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively and collaboratively with HDOT, the public, aircraft operators, tenants, concessionaires, and other airport user groups.

* American Association of Airport Executives ACE-Security certification, or equivalent as approved by the State Contract Administrator, is required within 12 months of being appointed to the position.

* The DCSM must be pre-approved by the State Contract Administrator.

* * TSA Mandated Recognized Training Requirement - graduation from and documentation for meeting Peace Officer Standardized Training (P.O.S.T.) requirements, including:

* Certified State law enforcement recruit training

* Certified County law enforcement recruit training

* Federal law enforcement training

* Programs approved by the State Contract Administrator or ASC

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment

* Valid driver's license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle while conducting business

* Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment

* Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships

* Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination

* Proven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts in an efficient manner

* Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office

* Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence

* Financial acumen; able to manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and managing turnover costs; planning and organizing skills to control costs related to inventory (uniforms, equipment, etc.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

* College degree in Business Administration or a law enforcement-related field

* Law enforcement, military, and/or contract or proprietary security services, or facility management experience

* American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), International Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification

* Previous payroll, billing, or scheduling experience

* Aptitude with security systems: CCTV, access control, and badge administration
