As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal serving a government location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for all visitors and staff. Part Time

$22.50 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $3.93. The premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

• Valid Driver's License (+1 years)
• 21+ years of age
• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related concerns according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and/or pedestrian traffic to deter unauthorized access, support orderly operations, and report suspicious behavior or policy violations.
• Communicate with site contacts, visitors, and/or public agency personnel regarding security-related matters, post orders, and incident response needs.

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be 21+ years of age.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 20 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
