Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, airport personnel, and public-sector stakeholders while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, access points, perimeter locations, and other assigned airport property to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions;
Monitor and report access control concerns, unattended property, suspicious activity, traffic or pedestrian hazards, and other security-related incidents in accordance with site procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with airport operations, law enforcement, emergency personnel, and/or other designated contacts as directed;
Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and promptly
