Our Mitigation Technicians are often the first people customers meet after experiencing damage to their home or business. Every day is different. You may be helping a family recover from a flood one day and responding to a fire‑damaged property the next.

• Responding to water, mold, fire, and storm damage emergencies
• Driving company vehicles to customer job sites
• Assessing property damage and assisting with mitigation plans
• Setting up and monitoring drying equipment and other restoration tools
• Performing demolition and removal of damaged materials
• Packing, inventorying, and storing customer belongings when necessary
• Documenting job progress using mobile technology and software
• Communicating professionally with customers and teammates
• Working safely while maintaining a high standard of quality

You don't need restoration experience to apply. We can teach the technical skills. We're looking for people with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in physically active environments, including standing, bending, and moving equipment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and software applications
• Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn
• Experience in construction, maintenance, restoration, moving, landscaping, military service, warehouse operations, or other hands‑on trades is a plus but not required.

• Full‑time
• Must be available for on‑call rotation
• Occasional nights, weekends, and holidays as needed during emergency response situations
