We're hiring entry-level Air Conditioning Trainees to join our growing team! No experience? No problem. We will train the right candidates from the ground up.
What You'll Do:- Assist in the installation of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems
- Load and unload tools and equipment
- Support lead technicians with tasks on-site
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Paid on-the-job training
