About the Role

As a Field Service Technician, you will serve as a vital problem-solver for homeowners, diagnosing and restoring functionality to essential household systems. You will utilize your technical expertise in refrigeration and mechanical systems to ensure high-quality repairs while delivering an exceptional service experience in the field.

• Travel to customer locations to accurately diagnose and resolve issues with refrigerators, washers, dryers, and dishwashers.
• Ensure long-term appliance performance by providing high-quality, efficient repairs that restore home comfort.
• Maintain a professional, organized service vehicle and manage inventory parts to ensure first-time fix success.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners to explain repair solutions and offer value-added maintenance advice.
• Utilize mobile technology to document service outcomes, order necessary components, and track repair progress.
• Consistently meet quality standards and safety protocols during every service visit.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a service vehicle.
• EPA Type I or Universal certification for refrigeration handling.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with diagnostic testing tools.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally.
• Capacity to read and apply technical manuals to solve complex mechanical problems.

• 1-2 years of hands‑on experience in appliance or refrigeration repair.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service in a field‑based role.
• Experience working with digital service platforms or mobile work‑order applications.
  
  Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, mobile environment.
