Since 1970, Hale Kipa has championed Hawai'i's youth and children. We provide youth outreach, independent living facilities, therapeutic foster care, a haven for runaways, and more. Our founders recognized a need for a nonprofit to step in to assist this deserving population and we are still doing that critical work today, on O'ahu, Kaua'i, and the Island of Hawai'i.

Role Overview

This position is responsible to provide clinical case management services to youth and members of the youth's family, while working collaboratively with external service providers to ensure continuity of care on the island of Kaua'i. The job incumbent is required to conduct him/herself in a professional and cordial manner that will uphold the integrity and reputation of Hale Kipa. This position maintains a thorough working knowledge of and adheres to organizational policies, regulations, and procedures.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Human Services required.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience providing therapeutic services to youth/families preferred.
Requirements
  • Access to a vehicle for work purposes
  • A valid driver's license
  • Current auto insurance and safety check
