About this Position

Shuttle Driver ($19.00/hour, shift premium may apply). Hired immediately at airport locations. Provide a smooth, professional travel experience, greeting customers and ensuring safe transport between terminal and rental car facility.

• Transport customers safely and efficiently between the airport terminal and our rental car facility, including greeting customers, assisting with loading and unloading luggage, communicating route information, and ensuring a comfortable ride.
• Follow all safety procedures and driving standards while providing friendly, attentive customer service throughout the journey.

• Bi-weekly hourly wage (New York and Puerto Rico: weekly wage)

• Valid U.S. driver’s license (chauffeur license may be required depending on location)
• Previous professional driving experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with a diverse group of customers
• Ability to obtain DOT medical clearance
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and sit, stand, enter, exit, and drive a bus for prolonged periods
• Must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• Six months of customer service experience is a bonus
