Non CDL Driver

Meadow Gold Dairies Hawaii, LLC seeks a delivery driver to operate a delivery truck (25,500 lbs GVW or less) and deliver products efficiently and accurately.

• Drive delivery truck (25,500 lbs GVW or less) and deliver product in efficient, timely, courteous, and accurate manner
• Load and unload cases of product manually with hook, hand cart, or pallet jack on and off the truck
• Ensure load is properly secured prior to travel and at each stop, adjusting as needed
• Submit customer paperwork and deposits
• Listen to and resolve customer complaints
• Promote sales of new product
• Stock and rotate product on shelves and in cold room
• Reset product displays
• Ensure that all accounts are maintained according to the published schematics
• Secure and maintain distribution of all authorized company products
• Ensure sufficient route inventory levels to meet customer demands while adhering to account inventory control and company distribution procedures
• Maintain proper handheld records for all accounts
• Implement and maintain planogram integrity and point of sale material where needed
• Complete all daily DOT and customer paperwork including delivery tickets, pre and post trip inspections, driver logs, and vehicle service reports
• Know and comply with all Department of Transportation regulations per the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
• Assist in Warehouse when needed
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
• Follow all required work safe practices
• Report any food safety and quality related issues immediately
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must obtain PUC physical
• 6 months driving experience
• Basic math skills (able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals)
• Must be able to drive, stand, walk, kneel, lift and bend required for entire shift
• Balance, pull product, climb in and out of truck. Ability to lift and move up to six cases on hand truck (cases weigh 20 to 55 lbs.)
• Must be able to work in indoor and outdoor environment with moderate noise, sometimes slippery floors. Temperature range from –5

• Be able to effectively work in a team environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with in the food and beverage industry preferred

Pay Rate: $24-$26
