** What you'll be doing as a Delivery Driver:*
* + Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes

+ Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or businesses in a safe, timely manner

+ Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied

+ Assist with loading and unloading of items/products from vehicles per customer specifications

+ Notate invoice discrepancies and notify RMA department upon return to the warehouse

+ Obtain delivery confirmation from each customer

+ Accept payments for delivered items

+ Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints from customers

+ Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules

+ Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatchers, drivers or other team members when necessary

+ Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record

+ Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries

+ Minimum six months of delivery experience in a customer-facing environment

+ Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and DOT Medical Card
