Automotive Customer Service Advisor

Pep Boys -  - Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone;
Schedule appointments, build trust, understand customer needs, and sell parts and service;
Manage work orders and register transactions, and maintain knowledge of services and parts;
Perform express automotive services (tire mounting, balancing, rotations, oil changes, fluid top-offs, etc.) and conduct thorough vehicle inspections;
Enforce safety procedures and maintain an organized, safe shop; assist with opening/closing duties as needed
