Without strong operations, execution breaks down and chaos slows impact. We are seeking an Operations Manager to bring structure, coordination, and accountability to how work gets done across the organization.
The RoleThis role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating day‑to‑day operations across teams and functions. You will ensure workflows are structured, priorities are aligned, and execution happens consistently across the organization. You are not just managing tasks—you are building how the organization operates. This role operates across programs, operations, HR, and technology, ensuring all moving parts are aligned and progressing.
Operational Oversight & Coordination- Oversee day‑to‑day operations across teams
- Ensure activities are aligned and progressing
- Identify and resolve operational gaps
- Build and improve operational workflows
- Ensure processes are clear, structured, and scalable
- Standardize how work is tracked and completed
- Coordinate across Programs, HR, Technology, and Leadership
- Ensure teams are aligned on priorities and execution
- Track key initiatives and deliverables
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Support prioritization across teams
- Monitor progress across projects and teams
- Identify delays, blockers, and risks
- Drive accountability and follow‑through
- Facilitate communication across teams
- Ensure clarity in expectations and updates
- Support structured meetings and follow‑ups
- Identify inefficiencies and gaps
- Implement solutions to improve operations
- Support continuous improvement
- Maintain documentation for Processes, Workflows, and Operational structures
- Ensure consistency and accessibility
- Build systems that support growth
- Improve efficiency as the organization expands
- Strengthen operational infrastructure
- Support leadership in executing priorities
- Ensure alignment between strategy and operations
- Thinks in systems, structure, and execution
- Is highly organized and detail‑oriented
- Can manage multiple priorities at once
- Is proactive in identifying and solving problems
- Thrives in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment
- 4–6 years of experience in Operations, Program coordination, Project or business management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple workflows or teams
- Experience in nonprofit or mission‑driven organizations
- Experience in remote teams
- Familiarity with project tracking or workflow tools
- 12–20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule (aligned to operational needs)
- Participation in cross‑functional and leadership meetings required
- Fully remote
- Leadership experience in operations management
- Exposure to cross‑functional organizational structure
- Opportunity to build and scale operational systems
- Development in execution, coordination, and strategy
- You must be able to start within 14 days
