Bilingual Branch Associate

Overview

We’re Hiring a Branch Associate — Front Counter Associate supporting customers, sales teams, and branch operations.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | Day Shift. Hourly range:
Dependent on experience.

• Be the face of Southern Carlson by greeting customers, answering inquiries by phone or email, and delivering exceptional service.
• Build strong customer relationships by learning their needs, recommending solutions, and identifying opportunities to upsell.
• Support branch operations by assisting sales representatives and managers and pulling orders.
• Keep showroom organized, merchandised, and ready to impress.
• Take on a variety of responsibilities, from answering phones to troubleshooting product questions.
• Monitor warehouse layout, space utilization, and equipment condition to optimize efficiency and safety.
• Partner with internal teams (Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Service) to resolve issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational success.

• Experience: 1+ years in sales, customer service, or sales support (warehouse experience a plus). High School Diploma required.
• Communication: Clear, friendly, and professional—whether in person, on the phone, or over email.

• Bilingual a Plus
