Overview
This is a moonlighting opportunity for an Oral Surgeon seeking 1–2 flexible days per month, easily coordinated around an existing practice or hospital schedule.

This role is well suited for Oral Surgeons and may also be appropriate for highly experienced general dentists with advanced oral surgery and exodontia experience.
ResponsibilitiesThe clinical work is centered on third molar extractions, with the ability to perform surgical and complex extractions of any tooth based on patient need.
- Perform third molar extractions, including impacted cases
- Provide surgical extractions across the dentition as clinically appropriate
- Deliver care efficiently, safely, and with clinical confidence
- Partner with office teams to ensure compliant, patient-centered care
- DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
- Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency or significant hands‑on experience performing advanced oral surgery procedures as a general dentist
- Active dental license in the state of practice (or eligibility)
- Current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and required credentials
- Daily compensation of $1,000–$4,000
- Compensation is structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production
