Role OverviewAs a GA Pre‑K Lead Teacher
, you will serve as the primary educator in the classroom, ensuring high‑quality instruction aligned with Georgia’s Pre‑K program standards. You will design and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that inspire a love of learning, foster social‑emotional growth, and prepare children for kindergarten success.
You will also:
Create and implement lesson plans aligned with state Pre‑K guidelines and curriculum.
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
Support the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
Partner with parents through consistent, open communication.
Ensure compliance with GA Pre‑K state requirements.
Collaborate with Assistant Teachers, Directors, and staff to deliver excellence in care and education.

Requirements:- Age: Must be 18 years or older
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
Certifications: Must hold a valid CDA or TCC.
State Requirements: Must be verified in the Georgia Professional Data System (PDS) with a status of “GA Pre‑K Lead Eligible.”
Experience: Proven experience in a classroom setting is required.
Pay: Based on Region and your own education/experience in the Early Education field not the number of hours you work!
