UX Project Manager (User Experience Delivery & Design Operations)

We cater to individuals with limited access to creative experiences and aim to provide relief through fine art and entertainment.
Responsibilities- UX Project Planning & Delivery
- Plan and manage UX projects from concept to delivery
- Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines
- Design & Development Coordination
- Coordinate across UX/UI Designers, Product teams, and Developers
- Ensure alignment between design intent and technical execution
- Workflow & Process Management
- Establish and manage UX workflows, design reviews, feedback loops, and iteration cycles
- Improve efficiency and clarity across teams
- User Experience Alignment
- Ensure all UX work aligns with product goals, user needs, and organizational strategy
- Maintain consistency across experiences
- Task & Resource Coordination
- Assign and track tasks, balance workloads and priorities
- Support team members to meet deliverables
- Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates; facilitate meetings, kick‑offs, reviews, retrospectives
- Ensure stakeholders remain aligned
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify risks, remove blockers, and proactively manage issues
- UX Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Maintain project plans, UX documentation, design decisions; keep information organized and accessible
- Quality & Experience Delivery
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and support usability and consistency across products
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve UX delivery processes and recommend tools, workflow enhancements, and support scalable design operations
Thrives in cross‑functional environments, understands both UX and project management, is highly organized and detail‑oriented, can handle multiple projects simultaneously, and is focused on execution and delivery.
Qualifications- Required
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, UX coordination, or product/design operations
- Experience working with designers and developers
- Strong understanding of UX processes and project management workflows
- Preferred
- Experience in digital product or platform environments
- Experience with Agile or similar methodologies
- Experience in nonprofit or mission‑driven organizations
- Experience in remote teams
- 10–15 hours per week
- Flexible schedule with coordination across teams
- Participation in UX and project meetings required
- Fully remote
- Experience managing UX and product delivery
- Exposure to cross‑functional design and development work
- Opportunity to impact real user experiences
- Development in leadership, coordination, and execution
