Position Overview

Key Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of branch performance, driving revenue and customer loyalty.
- Deliver a differentiated customer experience in an omni‑channel environment.
- Build and develop a high‑performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
- Utilize a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and expand customer accounts.
- Grow branch revenue through acquisition, share‑of‑wallet growth, and community engagement.
- Ensure risk management, compliance, and regulatory adherence.
- Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk.
- Model PNC values by supporting an inclusive workplace and driving employee experience.
- 3+ years of related experience in branch management or similar role.
- Knowledge of balance sheet and income statement fundamentals.
- Strong customer focus, decision‑making, and team building skills.
- Experience managing risk, compliance, and operational performance.
- Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
- Education:
Degree not required; comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
