Branch Manager - Lilburn

Position Overview

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, driving revenue and customer loyalty.
• Deliver a differentiated customer experience in an omni‑channel environment.
• Build and develop a high‑performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Utilize a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and expand customer accounts.
• Grow branch revenue through acquisition, share‑of‑wallet growth, and community engagement.
• Ensure risk management, compliance, and regulatory adherence.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk.
• Model PNC values by supporting an inclusive workplace and driving employee experience.

• 3+ years of related experience in branch management or similar role.
• Knowledge of balance sheet and income statement fundamentals.
• Strong customer focus, decision‑making, and team building skills.
• Experience managing risk, compliance, and operational performance.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Education:
  
  Degree not required; comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
