Veterinary Technician is looking to add a Technician Supervisor to our leadership team.
ScheduleFull‑time opportunity consisting of four 10‑hour shifts with rotating Saturdays.
CompensationCompensation is based on skill set, experience, and licensure status.

As a Technician Supervisor, you will work closely with our Medical Director and Hospital Manager to support daily hospital operations, provide mentorship to the technician team, and help create a collaborative, high‑performing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to continue growing their leadership skills while making a meaningful impact on their team and patients.
ResponsibilitiesIn addition to Veterinary Technician responsibilities, leadership duties include but are not limited to:
- Supporting and implementing hospital policies and procedures
- Scheduling staff and leading team meetings
- Accurately handling and maintaining controlled drug logs
- Interviewing, training, and mentoring new and existing associates
- Providing coaching and performance feedback
